Plays music and records sound right from your wrist and does not occupy your precious pocket space. This is about as portable as a music player gets. The standard USB 2.0 connection also double this 1GB device as a storage media. The watch is from a 30-year watch and gadget maker, Xonix. Visit http://www.xonixe.com for more info.

Good features, hard to set
As noted, this watch has a very good set of features. The display is easy to read in all modes. The day and date appear on the time screen, which I think is a plus. The watch is set like most other Timexes, easily and intuitively. BUT the set buttons are very small, very hard, require a lot of pressure, and hurt to press.

Nice Watch
I've been a user of this watch since 93. It may not have all the latest and greatest functions, but what it does have is very useful. Stopwatch with lap counter, a countdown feature, and two timezones. It's also waterproof up to 100 meters. The new watches have the indiglo thing, (mine had that tiny little lightbulb on the left that never quite lit up the whole screen).
On some watches I've seen, setting the time, alarm, etc, have been very frustrating, trying to find the right combination of buttons to change things. This watch is very simple. Hold the 'set' button for a couple seconds until it starts blinking, then cycle through with 'mode' All changes are instantaneous. All the buttons are labled too.
The only real beef I have is the watchband. The belt loop seems rather fragile. I've gone through several of these, and that little thing insists on breaking. Otherwise the watch is durable. I've lost count of all the times I've banged it hard against something, and it lived. The covering is all scraped up, and the buttons are starting to corrode after all these years, but the thing still works. That's far more than enough to make me a repeat customer.
At the time of this review, Amazon has these listed for $37.99 before the "discount". You can pick this up at Kmart or Walmart for $29

Good fitness watch
I got this watch at a PX for about $20. It seems to have gone up in price. I lose or break watches a lot so I need something that isn't too expensive (nothing above $40). I also work out a lot so I need a band that is plastic or something that can be washed off without having to dry it out (and metal just doesn't work). I hate bands that are leather or cloth because they begin to stink after working out in them for a while. I also need something that is tough and I don't like to spend more than a second to see what the time and date is. So analog hand watches are out and so are watches where you have to push a button in order to figure out what the day and month is. I also want a watch that has big characters because I wear glasses and sometims take them off when I workout because they fog up. Finally, it has to have a countdown timer, a chronograph, at least a couple of LOUD alarms, and at least two adjustable time zones because I am in the military and go overseas often. This watch fits all that, plus what really sets it apart is that it is extremely thin compared to most workout watches. That is a bigger advantage than you would think because having a thicker watch gets in the way of ropes and tight spaces. The only draw backs to this watch is that the band has broken on me before, and that it's face isn't more scratch resistant. But for the functionality and price, it's hard to beat.

Questions & Answers
Question : Is there no exclusive shoe store for men where you can find a range of running shoes?
I have tried Sports Authority and Big 5 sporting goods. But didnt find much.Is there no exclusive nike adidas and reebok stores around Sunnyvale??
Answer:
Try Footlocker or Dick's Sporting Goods. You could also order online directly from the manufacturers.

Question : Does anyone know of a brand of running shoes (jogging/training shoes) for men that is all black in color?
I know that there are black walking shoes, but they really are NOT as comfortable (not as much cushion) as jogging shoes. I work in an office where everyone wears a shirt and tie and bright colored jogging shoes won't work.
Answer:
Black Nike Shox. Pricey, but well worth it.

Question : What are good nike running shoes....4 men?
What are good nike running shoes....4 men?
Answer:
Nike Shox are wonderful. They give you a good grip on the ground...men & women. I am a teenager, but i have a very large foot. My brother also likes them. They last really long too! Once you break them in, the give you a bounce so it's a little easier to run. Even when they are not broken in they are very comfy & are really great for running!

Question : Any ideas for men's running shoes that you can wear around town?
I haven't bought new running shoes in a looonnggg time(I'm in college...), so I'm looking for a nice pair of men's running shoes but a pair that also would look good to wear out while just around town wearing shorts. With that in mind, I don't think a lot of running shoes would fit my criteria because most running shoes look very distinct as running shoes. Any ideas/pictures/links for a new pair of running shoes that would work for me? Thanks
Answer:
Nike's are nice and comfortible if you were them alot.
They provide REALLY good padding that supports your feet nd toes and heels.
They are highly recommended now.

Question : What should a man wear with his running shoes at the gym?
Should a guy wear a pair of running shoes, a pair of white scrunch socks and a pair of shiny black spandex tights to the gym to work out? Do women think it's attractive or sexy? Women's answers only please.
Answer:
Dude... This isn't FLASH DANCE.
Wear what normal men wear to the gym... Proper attire is ok with me!
Wearing flashy shiny black spandix or tights would be a turn off for me! Ditch the flash dance get up and act like a real man and wear gym shorts and shirt.

Question : Does it matter if I buy men's or women's Nike running shoes?
I want to get Nike + shoes (the ones you use with the iPod connector/sensor) for Christmas, but it seems that I like a lot of the colors in the men's section rather than women's.
If I'm buying, let's say, Zoom Jasaris, what's the difference between the men's & women's?? Aside from the size/color? Is the shape/fit/comfort exactly the same?
Answer:
You really need to try them on first.
The fit will be very different. A men's D (standard) width is NOT the same as a women's.
And I know you really might want the Nike product for the iPod functionality, but most runners would agree that Nike makes fairly dismal running shoes.
Go to a running shoe store, and let them measure you and watch you run. Base your decision on your feet.

Question : Does anyone know where I can find the "Saucony Shadow 9" men's running shoe online?
I had found it online for something like $60-$70, but can't seem to find it anywhere now. Any suggestions as to any websites where I could purchase them? They don't make the "Shadow 9" anymore, but they are a shoe that I had grown used to during my training and marathons. Thanks in advance.

Question : What is the best type of men's adidas running shoes?
Adistars, microbounces, super bounces, supernovas? I would be running on bumpy surfaces, sometimes just plain cement, and in forest. What do you think the best type of adidas running shoes are for men?
Answer:
If I had to run in Adidas' I would run in the Adidas A1's. They're expensive and hard to find but it would be cool to run in a shoe that has a computer chip making like 20'000 calculations/second or whatever it is. Other than that, Adidas is basically turning into a soccer company so it might be hard to find a good running shoe.
